I understand it's Coronna time, but I ordered two times for the kids happy meal with chicken nuggets Strangely enough, there was only 1 toy in it! Chicken nuggets weren't included, instead chill cheesburger twice! The cheesburger I ordered was a hamburger without ketchup I have no idea what is always going wrong but is really getting worse! Nobody answers the phone either and I'm too far away to go back and exchange the food! Pure disaster! Thanks for disappointing my kids because they couldn't eat any of this!

This Mc Donalds is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you're getting ...... I was there for the very last time yesterday. In the future I prefer to go to St. Ingbert. For the fourth time in a row I did not get what I ordered at Mc Drive. The first time the toy was missing, the second time we got all the burgers twice for three menus, plus 20 nuggets and cheeseburgers that I didn't order for free. The third time we didn't get enough food and now the fourth time I got two drinks, the toys were again missing.

Another order in the drive that is not complete. If you can't rely on what you order to be in the bags, the whole drive doesn't make sense.

Service is mostly friendly, but every time I order something at the Drive Inn, something is missing. Strangely enough, mostly the potato wedges. Just now again ... the next time I'll check at the counter ... no matter how annoying that may be ... but not getting paid goods is annoying.

First of all, it has gotten better. Sometimes very long waiting times in the drive. Since the whole thing is called a restaurant, this is contradicting itself. As far as the staff is concerned, it has also gotten better, sometimes it was really bad. Temperature of the food in the drive when you come home (<2km) more often lukewarm. We don't even need to talk about the fries. If the refrigerator is empty and you feel like something unhealthy and also have enough time, this is the right place. Otherwise it's better to go to another MC ...

Going since the MC opened, we've been happy to eat in this restaurant for 20 years now and then. We were always satisfied. Atmosphere, decor, service, everything eaay. You shouldn't always see everything negative, you often find yourself in this profession under stress.

So I rarely go to the Mc Donalds, but when I'm there the older woman who serves is ALWAYS so unfriendly. Does this woman go to the basement to laugh? That would have flown with me a long time. This woman cannot say hello or enjoy your meal. The place is getting worse and worse and if nothing happens they can close. Conclusion never again !!!!

Conveniently located, very spacious and child friendly. Has a great view of Dudweiler. I recommend it for family fast food eating out.

Quite modern restaurant. Can order through a screen and get it brought to your table..

Absolute disaster. 2 orders placed. After waiting 12 minutes then order 2 came first to the table. Fries were cold and inedible. Order 1 came a minute later with fresh and hot fries. The same with the Burgers. From 2 Royal TS was one cold and one fresh. Also on my complaint why it takes so long I was not answered. Employee just left the table. I have never eaten chicken nuggets like this either. As if they were soaked three times in fat. Fully fat sucked and inedible. The whole system is a catastrophe at all. The store was not even full and nothing worked. Never waited at the counter for so long for my food. The new system also means people are constantly standing around waiting for their food. For guests who want to sit and eat in peace also quite disturbing. But the worst part was the quality of the food. That's the main reason for this post. 30 euros for the barrel and totally dissatisfied from the restaurant.
